Yes, CVS sells Pokémon cards, mostly in its stores. When we read CVS's Pokémon pages on October 22, 2026, every card item showed pickup, same-day delivery and shipping as not available, so do not count on ordering one online. Each store stocks its own mix, and CVS does not publish a restock day.
Does CVS sell Pokémon cards?
Yes. CVS has a Pokémon brand page. When we read it on October 22, 2026, it showed 13 Pokémon products. Ten were Pokémon Trading Card Game items: booster packs, tins, a battle deck, a collection box and a mini portfolio. The other three were toys (a figure pack, a Halloween figure two-pack and a clip-on plush).
CVS.com blocks automated page reads. We read the same pages on es.cvs.com, CVS's Spanish-language site, which shows the product details in English. The booster pack and battle deck pages call themselves "Official Pokémon Trading Card Game product."
What Pokémon cards does CVS carry?
Here is what CVS listed when we read it on October 22, 2026. Prices vary by store and by day, so treat these as a guide.
| Product (as CVS names it) | Listed price | Online status |
|---|---|---|
| Mega Evolution Foil Booster Pack, Assorted | $5.99 | In store only |
| Mega Evolution Booster Pack, Assorted (item 981835) | $6.99 | In store only |
| Mega Evolution Booster Pack, Assorted (item 715217) | $7.99 | In store only |
| Mega Evolution Booster Pack, Assorted (item 656981) | $9.99 | In store only |
| Mega Evolution Mini Portfolio (portfolio plus one booster pack) | $7.99 | In store only |
| 30th Anniversary Mini Tin, Assorted Designs | $12.99 | In store only |
| Mega Evolution Battle Deck, Assorted Packs | $14.99 | In store only |
| 30th Anniversary Knockout Collection, Assorted Packs | $14.99 | In store only |
| Mega Evolution Tin, Assorted Designs | $21.79 | In store only |
| Poké Ball Tin with 3 Trading Card Packs and Coin, Blind Capsule | $21.79 | In store only |
CVS lists three different booster pack items with the same name and three different prices. We could not tell what sets them apart. CVS says online and in-store prices "may differ," so read the shelf tag.
We saw no Elite Trainer Box or booster box on the page. A March 2026 DoubleHolo guide calls pharmacy selection "Small, mostly booster packs and 3-pack blisters" and lists Elite Trainer Boxes as "No" for pharmacies. Your store may also carry older items that are not on the website.
A May 2025 blog (Top Business Feed) says cards are usually near the toys, but some stores use other spots and some keep them behind the front counter. That is one blog's report, so ask staff if you do not see them.
Can I buy Pokémon cards from CVS online?
Maybe for some items, but not the ones we checked. CVS's Pokémon page says "CVS sells a variety of Pokemon products in stores and online" and that "select Pokemon products are available for same day pick up at most locations." But each of the ten card listings above showed pickup, same-day delivery and shipping as not available. The es.cvs.com pages showed each one as not available for pickup, same-day delivery or shipping. CVS.com may show something different to you. CVS's pickup page lists restrictions such as refrigerated and age-restricted items, and trading cards are not named.
CVS.com may show something different to you than the Spanish-language copy showed us. If your view offers pickup or delivery on a card, that wins over what we saw.
Instacart, a separate company, also has a CVS storefront. When we looked, it listed a "Pokemon Trading Card Game" item at $22.49 and showed it as out of stock. We could not tell which product it was.
How do I check if my CVS has Pokémon cards?
CVS does not make this easy, because the cards are sold in the store.
- Search CVS.com or the app for "Pokemon" and pick your store. Use it to see names and prices. We could not confirm that the site or app shows shelf stock for in-store-only items, and we could not open the CVS app.
- Read CVS's own warning. Its Online Shopping FAQ says: "we don't have visibility to store merchandise or prices. Call or visit your local CVS/pharmacy store for product availability and prices." That page is undated and may be older than the current site.
- Call the store. Ask if they have Pokémon trading cards, and where they are kept.
- Look at shopper sightings. Restockd posts what shoppers spot at named CVS stores, with relative times such as "4h ago." These are user sightings, not CVS data.
- Share what you see. If you find cards or a bare shelf, report it. You can also sign up for alerts.
When does CVS restock Pokémon cards?
CVS has not published a restock day or time. We found no CVS statement about who stocks its card display.
Restockd says: "There's no single chain-wide day. Each store gets deliveries on its own schedule, and that day often repeats." It names CVS in that line, along with Target, Walmart, Walgreens, Dollar General and Meijer.
The DoubleHolo guide says outside distributors service store routes on set schedules, and that new set release days are a good time to check. It does not name a distributor for CVS. Treat both as outside views. If someone names a fixed "CVS restock day," they are reporting what they saw at one store.
We searched for news about CVS changing its Pokémon card shelves, limits or vendors and found none.
Does CVS limit how many Pokémon cards I can buy?
We found no published CVS limit for Pokémon cards and no news report of one. Look for a sign at the display, and ask at the register if you plan to buy several. Do not assume that no sign means no limit.
Does CVS have ExtraCare deals on Pokémon cards?
We found no current CVS ExtraCare offer for Pokémon cards. Here is what CVS says about its deals in general:
- In-store sale prices and Extra Big Deals are marked with yellow tags, and most change every two weeks.
- You do not need a coupon in store. You scan the app, your ExtraCare card or your phone number at checkout.
- ExtraCare is free and gives "2% back in ExtraBucks Rewards." CVS limits that to qualifying purchases. We could not confirm whether Pokémon cards qualify.
Check the shelf tag and your receipt, and do not count on a deal.
Can I return Pokémon cards to CVS?
Maybe, if they are sealed. CVS's return page says "Most new, unopened items" can be returned to any CVS store "within 60 days of purchase." It also says items "that are opened or damaged, missing a receipt, or do not pass our third-party verification process may be denied a refund or exchange." CVS says "we require a valid photo ID for all returns" except where prohibited, and it reserves the right "to limit or refuse any refund or exchange."
The page does not mention trading cards. That is different from Walmart, which names them as final sale. Keep the receipt, keep the pack sealed, and ask at the register if you are buying a gift. The policy page we read lists an effective date of October 1, 2019.
How is CVS different from Walgreens?
Walgreens is the other big pharmacy. Both sell a small mix of packs and tins in stores. CVS shows prices on its product pages. When we checked Walgreens on October 17, 2026, its Pokémon items said "Price available in store." See Pokémon cards at Walgreens for details.
How do I avoid fake or repack cards?
Buy sealed, official product from the shelf, and check that the seal is not torn or re-taped. Be careful with "mystery" bundles or repacks, which are re-sold mixes and not made by The Pokémon Company. We saw none on CVS's Pokémon page.
Pokémon Support says "if the price of a pack seems too good to be true, it probably is." Compare packaging with the images on pokemon.com. Our where to buy guide has more.
Is there a Pokémon vending machine at CVS?
No. Official Pokémon TCG vending machines are almost all inside grocery stores such as Safeway, Kroger, Albertsons, Jewel-Osco, Fred Meyer and H-E-B. Our map lists 2,014 machines, and none are at CVS.
If your CVS has no cards, try the vending machine map and read when Pokémon vending machines restock. For other stores, see where to buy Pokémon cards, Walmart and Target. We also cover Dollar General and Sam's Club.
Packs Near Me is an independent fan site. We are not affiliated with CVS or The Pokémon Company.

Common questions
Does CVS sell Pokémon cards?
Yes. CVS has a Pokémon page that lists booster packs, tins, a battle deck and a collection box. When we read these pages on October 22, 2026, every card item showed pickup, same-day delivery and shipping as not available, and stock depends on your store.
Can I order Pokémon cards from CVS online?
Maybe for some items. CVS's Pokémon page says it sells Pokémon products "in stores and online" and that "select" items can be picked up or delivered the same day. But the ten card items we read on October 22, 2026 all showed pickup, same-day delivery and shipping as not available. Check the item page for your store, or call.
What day does CVS restock Pokémon cards?
CVS has not published a restock day. The tracker Restockd says there is no single chain-wide day and that each store gets deliveries on its own schedule, which often repeats. That is the tracker's view, not a CVS schedule.
Can I return Pokémon cards to CVS?
Maybe, if they are sealed. CVS's return page says most new, unopened items can be returned within 60 days, and items that are opened may be denied. The page does not mention trading cards, so keep the receipt and do not open the pack until you are sure.
