Yes, Family Dollar sells Pokémon cards. Its website lists a 10-card Pokémon booster pack for $5.00 and marks it "Shop in-store." Whether your store has it right now is something we could not see. You don't choose the set: the listing says the series "is picked at random." Online Pokémon card sales are final, we found no published restock day, and Family Dollar says some items are not at every store. Call before you drive.
Does Family Dollar sell Pokémon cards?
It does. When we searched familydollar.com for "pokemon" on October 23, 2026, the site showed two products. One was a Pokémon card pack. The other was a Pokémon kids' toothbrush.
Family Dollar also runs a same-day delivery store at sameday.familydollar.com. Its delivery page links that store as its Instacart option. We found pages there for three more Pokémon card items by following search links, so there may be others.
What Pokémon cards does Family Dollar list?
These are the Pokémon card items we read on October 23, 2026. The same-day pages showed "Out of stock" and no price, with no delivery address set, so they say nothing about your area. One more same-day link we found said "Item Unavailable," so we left it out.
| Where it is listed | Product (as listed) | Price listed | What the listing says |
|---|---|---|---|
| familydollar.com | Pokemon 10 Count Trading Cards Assorted (Limit 36 Packs) | $5.00 | A "10-card booster pack." One series per assortment, "picked at random." "Limit order quantity: 24 packs." Marked "Shop in-store." |
| Same-day store | Pokémon Scarlet & Violet Trading Cards | Not shown | Same 10-card booster text and the same 24-pack order limit. |
| Same-day store | Pokémon Assorted Limit Trading Cards | Not shown | "10 ct," "24 x 10 ct," and the same booster text. |
| Same-day store | Nintendo Assorted Pokémon Trading Cards | Not shown | "One playing card on display and a 10-card booster pack." |
The main listing disagrees with itself. Its title says "Limit 36 Packs," but its text says "Limit order quantity: 24 packs." We cover limits below.
The website listing has a rating of 3.0 out of 5 from 145 reviews. We did not use the reviews as a source.
Are Family Dollar Pokémon cards booster packs or repacks?
The listings describe booster packs. Each one says "10-card booster pack," and none names a repackager. The listings do not say who packed them or whether they are sealed. That is different from Dollar General, where one listing says its cards were "Repackaged by MJ Holding," but a missing packager name does not prove where a pack came from.
You can't pick the set, though. Every Family Dollar card item we read has the same text:
- "Each assortment will have only one series and the selection is picked at random."
- "Edition availability varies and there is no guarantee of exact packs or a specific series."
So the listing gives no guarantee of the series you get. We could not see any pack in person. Read the set name on the wrapper, and check that the wrapper is intact, before you pay.
Can you buy Pokémon cards from Family Dollar online?
Mostly not from familydollar.com. The search results marked the card pack "Shop in-store." The product page showed the price, "Out of stock at" the store it had picked for us, and a "Check nearby stores" link. It showed no shipping or pickup choice for us.
Family Dollar's FAQ says each item in your cart shows delivery options such as "In-Store Pickup" or "UPS Delivery" "based on that item's availability in a distribution center near you and its UPS shipping restrictions." We could not test whether the card pack ever shows either one.
Same-day delivery is the other route. Family Dollar's delivery page says orders go through DoorDash, Uber Eats or Instacart, and "a designated shopper will travel to a nearby Family Dollar store, shop and purchase the items in your order." It also says:
- Delivery is "available at participating Family Dollar locations and based on driver availability."
- There is a fee, and "the price of items may be higher than the in-store price."
- Smart Coupons and paper coupons "cannot be redeemed on same-day delivery orders."
Every Pokémon listing we read says "All online sales of Pokemon cards are FINAL. No returns, refunds, or exchanges permitted for online purchases of Pokemon cards."
How do you check if your Family Dollar has Pokémon cards?
- Set your store on familydollar.com. The card pack page we read said "Out of stock at" the store it had picked, plus a "Check nearby stores" link. We could not test how accurate it is, so treat it as a hint.
- Check the same-day store for your address. If a Pokémon pack shows as available there, a nearby store may have it. Treat that as a hint too.
- Call the store. Ask if cards are on the shelf now and where they are kept.
- Try more than one store. Family Dollar's FAQ says "Some items may not be available at all store locations or online," and that "availability, pricing, and promotions may vary between store locations."
When does Family Dollar restock Pokémon cards?
We found no restock day or time for Pokémon cards published by Family Dollar. We looked for a tracker or news report with real evidence for Family Dollar and found none. The days named in forum posts are unverified.
Call your store and ask when its delivery usually arrives. If you find cards, send a report so the next person knows.
Is there a purchase limit on Pokémon cards at Family Dollar?
The website listing has a limit, but the number is unclear. Its title says "Limit 36 Packs." Its description says "Limit order quantity: 24 packs." Two of the three same-day listings say 24 packs.
These limits are written on the online listings. We could not confirm whether stores set a limit at the register. Ask your store.
Can you return Pokémon cards to Family Dollar?
It depends on where you bought them.
- Online orders: No. The Pokémon listings we read, including the same-day ones, say "All online sales of Pokemon cards are FINAL." For other same-day orders, Family Dollar's delivery page says to "reach out to Customer Support for details on same-day delivery return policies," and that "Returns with DoorDash are not accepted."
- In a store: Family Dollar's return policy says "Merchandise purchased in stores can be returned to any Family Dollar Store within 30 days of purchase." With the original receipt, "items will be exchanged for other merchandise item(s) or a refund will be issued in the original form of payment."
- No receipt: The policy says you "may return up to three items within a 30-day period," refunded "at the lowest advertised price" on a "Family Dollar merchandise return card."
The store policy does not mention trading cards. It names other exclusions: "Refunds or exchanges will not be provided on Gift Cards, Prepaid Financial Cards, or Tobacco products." Our advice: keep the receipt, keep packs unopened, and ask at the register before you buy a gift.
Is Family Dollar still part of Dollar Tree?
No. Dollar Tree says it completed the sale of its Family Dollar business to Brigade Capital Management and Macellum Capital Management on July 7, 2025. So what our Dollar Tree guide says about Dollar Tree's products and returns does not apply to Family Dollar.
Are there Pokémon vending machines at Family Dollar?
No. Official Pokémon TCG vending machines are almost all inside grocery stores such as Safeway, Kroger, Albertsons, Jewel-Osco, Fred Meyer and H-E-B. Our map lists 2,014 machines, and none are at Family Dollar.
Find the closest machine on the vending machine map and read when vending machines restock. For other stores, see where to buy Pokémon cards, plus our guides for Dollar Tree, Dollar General, Walmart, Target, Walgreens, CVS and Sam's Club.
Packs Near Me is an independent fan site. We are not affiliated with Family Dollar or The Pokémon Company.

Checked October 23, 2026. We read the Family Dollar pages as rendered pages and, for the website listing, through the site's product data. "Read" dates are when we fetched a page, not when it was written. The site picked a default store (Dominion Marketplace) for the product data we read; in a browser with no store set, the price was not shown.
